Story
After a crazy incident at an elite college, cousins Caroline and Lucien try to maintain their power and reputation by seducing the daughter of the US Vice President. This will be his third attempt at creating a television series based on the world of Okrutne’s housekeeper (1999). The direct-to-video sequel, Okrutne namjere 2 (2000), in which Amy Adams replaced Sarah Michelle Gellar as Kathryn Merteuil, was originally a scripted series and was later remade into a feature film. Later, in 2016, Gellar reprized her role as Kathryn in the NBC pilot Cruel Intentions (2016), which was not ordered to series.
