Story
The Lord of the Rings: War of the Rohirrim takes place 183 years before the events depicted in the original film trilogy. It tells the story of the family of Helm Hammerhand, the legendary King of Rohan. A sudden attack by Wulf, the cunning and ruthless Lord of Dunlending seeking vengeance for his father’s death, forces Helm and his people to make a brave last stand at the ancient stronghold of Hornburg, a mighty fortress that would later become known as Helm’s Deep. With their situation increasingly desperate, Helm’s daughter Héra must summon the will to lead the resistance against a deadly enemy bent on their utter destruction.
